A Ticket purchased in violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be invalidated by the Organizer, without the right to a refund for its purchase. The Organizer warns that purchasing Tickets from unauthorized persons carries the risk of purchasing a counterfeit ticket, which will result in refusal of entry and participation in the Event.

III. ADMISSION TO THE EVENT VENUE

1. Prior to the first entry to the Event Venue, Participants must personally collect their Identifiers at the exchange point designated by the Organizer, located in front of the entrance to the Event Venue. Admission is not granted to persons who do not possess a valid Identifier or Technical Identifier.
2. The Identifier may be collected only in person, on the basis of the Ticket, which will be verified and exchanged for the Identifier at the exchange point referred to in paragraph 1. Before the Identifier is issued, the identity of the Ticket holder will be verified on the basis of a photo ID (identity card, driver’s license, or passport, and in the case of Minors – a school ID card). If the data on the Ticket do not match the data on the identity document, or if a person attempts to use another individual’s identity document, the Identifier will not be issued, and such person shall not be entitled to enter the Event Venue, to receive a refund for the purchased Ticket, or to make any other claims against the Organizer.
3. The design of the Identifier is determined by the Organizer. It will depend on the type of Ticket held by the Participant, as specified in Chapter II, paragraph 1 (a) and (b).
4. The Identifier issued to persons holding a pass-type Ticket referred to in Chapter II, paragraph 1 (a), entitles them to enter the Event Venue on November 13 and 14, 2026. A separate Identifier is not issued for each of these two days.
5. The Identifier, in the form of a wristband, shall be placed on the Participant’s wrist in a manner that prevents its removal without damaging the Identifier.
The Identifier may be used by one person only. It is strictly prohibited to transfer the Identifier to third parties or to use Identifiers or Technical Identifiers issued to other persons.
6. All persons present at the Event Venue are required to have, at all times during the Event, a valid Identifier (wristband placed on the wrist by the Organizer) or a Technical Identifier issued to that person by the Organizer.
7. A Participant may leave the Event Venue multiple times, provided that re-entry to the Event Venue is possible only with a valid Identifier.
8. Damage to or removal of the Identifier renders it invalid, subject to paragraph 9.
The absence of an Identifier, possession of a damaged or removed Identifier, or wearing an Identifier that is not properly fastened on the wrist shall constitute grounds for removing the Participant from the Event Venue without any right to compensation or other claims against the Organizer.
9. In the event that an Identifier is damaged or torn while at the Event Venue, the Participant is obliged to immediately report to the Security and Information Services with the damaged Identifier in order to have it replaced with a new one, which will be issued upon presentation of the Ticket and an identity document. Only Identifiers damaged within the Event Venue are eligible for replacement. Leaving the Event Venue with a damaged or torn Identifier without prior replacement in the manner described above shall result in refusal of re-entry to the Event Venue, without any right to compensation or other claims against the Organizer.
10. The Event takes place inside a building; however, certain Areas, such as the food and beverage area, may also be located outdoors.
11. The number of entrance points to the Event Venue is limited. Due to the number of Participants, queues may form at the entrance to the Event Venue or at the point where the Ticket is exchanged for an Identifier, which may require waiting in an open area. The Organizer recommends taking this into account and arriving at the Event early.
The Organizer does not provide protection against weather conditions – including temperature or precipitation – while waiting to collect the Identifier or enter the Event Venue, nor while using outdoor Areas such as the food and beverage area.
12. Regardless of the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the preceding paragraphs, the following persons are not entitled to admission to the Event Venue:
