For the first time in Poland, we will create a foodhall especially for the festival. Together with Foodhall Montownia, we invite you to 12 stands for cuisines from around the world, and a specially prepared foodtruck zone will stand in front of AmberExpo.
Foodhall Montownia is a space with more than 1,000 sqm of communal dining, twenty restaurants with cuisine from all over the world, as well as a huge bar in the heart of the room – thanks to its unusual location and rich offer, it is the most interesting foodhall in Poland.
In the halls of AmberExpo, between the Gdansk Stage and the Theatre Stage, there will be the first mobile food court in Poland – an unusual space where the gastronomic offer of more than a dozen establishments will be available throughout the festival.
The partner of the zone is Selgros.
Amazonia Grill is a fusion concept of Latin and Spanish gastronomy – the flavors, aromas and textures of both cuisines mingle in the dishes served. The specialty of the place is seafood paella – one of the most famous dishes of Spanish cuisine – and its amazing sea aroma will take you on an exotic culinary journey. This dish is perfect for food-sharing with friends and celebrating together.
The composition of Banditos is Paweł Raszke and Łukasz Kawałko, the chef. Both cook and travel, but the idea for the diner was brought by Pawel while visiting Mexican beaches with his board. They opened the Banditos project in 2019. I have traveled to Mexico many times. The cuisine there is simple and interesting, and has a lot of gluten-free options, as the pancakes are based on corn. We wanted to bring local flavors to Polish palates. – He explains.
Delicious Spanish doughnuts in the form of long fingers, prepared fresh, at the customer’s table. Choose your churros with powdered sugar, cinnamon or hot nutella. They taste best with all the toppings!
FIORI PASTA E PIZZA
Roman pizza by the slice and classic pizza, pasta made live in the open kitchen, Sicilian arancini and cold sorbet made from lemons that grew on trees in Sorrento. On the bar, classic Italian cocktails with a twist, overhead a ceiling of flowers and warm lights, on the wall Three Graces – Botticelli in a local edition.
This is the only cuisine in Poland that is based on freshly melted cheese native to the Alps and high-quality ingredients. Raclette is a dish derived from the cuisine of Alpine shepherds – a robust mountain dish from the borderland between France, Italy and Switzerland. Melted cheese with simple toppings, topped with wine – alpine food porn. As Alexander Gajdus, owner and chef at Melted, says: Food is supposed to give pleasure. My cuisine is based on the pleasure of eating simple dishes with melted cheese in the lead role.
This is a project that has been in existence since 2017, focusing mainly on food truck. It serves noodles from the wok, based on fresh vegetables with beef, chicken and pork, and a vege version with tofu.
SEASIDE STREET FOOD
Seaside street food in crispy tempura. Calamari, shrimp, or maybe chicken? All coated in light tempura and fried to a golden color; topped with fresh toppings and a delicious sauce… Tasty treats with a seaside vibe!
Can a burger be sexy? Of course! A sensuously crunchy bun, 100% melt-in-your-mouth juicy beef and tasty toppings make Sexy Bull burgers captivating in taste. Served with fine prosecco, they are like the promise of a great night.

The best fries are made from the best potatoes! At The Fry we use selected varieties straight from the field. We fry the fries in high-quality vegetable oil. They come with the original Belgian sauce – not just ketchup or mayonnaise. There are also loaded fries, which are fries with toppings: homemade cheddar cheese sauce, sour cream, sweet and sour sauce, chives or bacon. There are also yams. And for sweet, there are churros like from Spanish churrerí.
3miejski Folklor – a chicken furore familiar to Tri-City streets for 8 years. It features Kashubian chicken with an urban twist of fresh toppings and sauces, wrapped in wheat tortillas.
This is one of the first food trucks in Poland and the first to serve Belgian fries. Thick, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They serve them in special cones, and import the potatoes from Belgium. They serve them with homemade sauces, of which they have more than 60 types on their roster and can’t be found anywhere else!
Yellow New York cab with delicious grilled rolls! Fresh bread, original ingredients, flavorful sauces, and all served in a form that doesn’t require both hands and a million napkins. Our specialty is the “New York” – a sandwich with pastrami, cheese, pickled cucumber and Russian dressing, which we make ourselves. In addition, some classic offerings: “Buffalo” and “Washington” and a vegan sandwich. A must try!
We serve round patties made of corn flour, very popular in Venezuela. Served with almost all meals instead of bread – you’ll eat pancakes with beef, chicken, pulled pork, ham, egg and vege versions!
TRADITIONAL HUNGARIAN LANGOS
Lángos is a Hungarian culinary specialty, deep-fried scones. It is popular all year round, eaten fresh and hot, served with sour cream and grated cheese, ham or sausage, confectioners’ sugar or jam. It is also often unadorned, simply rubbed with oil, garlic or butter.
