Cinema at Inside Seaside is a unique space where music and movies come together in the most inspiring way. At the film space in the heart of AmberExpo in Gdańsk, you will find carefully selected films in which sound is as important as image, and screenings often transport viewers into the world of iconic artists, musical culture, and fascinating stories from behind the scenes of music creation.

 

Movies we present are about music, for lovers of sounds and stories that stay with you long after the closing credits roll — with conversations with creators, performers, and musical guests who appear here with passion and knowledge.

 

Over three editions, Cinema at Inside Seaside has become an essential part of the festival’s program — from premiere screenings and musical animations to documentary portraits of creators, and from meetings with composers, artists, and musicians as film guests.

 

Each film screening is also an opportunity to discuss music and film, led by curators and journalists from Radio 357. In the three editions of Cinema at Inside Seaside to date, the festival’s guests have included L.U.C. (Łukasz Rostkowski), Andrzej Smolik, Piotr Szczepański, Krzysztof Ostrowski, Natasza Parzymies, Tomasz Organek, Marcin Masecki, Łona, and Gaba Kulka.
