Dobrawa Czocher is a Polish cellist, composer, and contemporary music writer, acclaimed for blending classical sensibilities with electronic and ambient music. In March 2026, her second solo album, State of Matter, was released by 130701 / FatCat Records. Inspired by the Baltic landscape, the material develops the artist’s distinctive musical language, combining the cello with synthesizers, electronics, and multi-layered vocals. Czocher has collaborated with, amongst others, Hania Rani, with whom she recorded the album Inner Symphonies for Deutsche Grammophon. Her debut album Dreamscapes received six nominations for the German Opus Klassik awards. The artist also composes music for theatre and art installations, performing across Europe.
