Artificialice is the project of singer and songwriter Alicja Sobstyl. Her work is electronic, broken by acoustic drums, double bass, saxophone, and atmospheric vocals – her debut album’ Prisoners of Expectations’ escapes genre frameworks. “Big City Sound” is, on the one hand, reminiscent of Sophie, Björk, or Arca; on the other hand, it surprises with its arrangements and guides the listener through a very personal album.
