Joanna Bieńkowska is a violinist, composer, and producer from Gdańsk, combining classical sounds with electronics. Her music is an emotional journey through the world of sounds – from anxiety to solace. Her album Daydreamer, released in 2024, was released on Ólafur Arnalds’ renowned label OPIA Community. A year later, the artist created the EP “The Light Between Us,” which serves as the soundtrack to an exhibition by Malaysian painter Sylvia Ong. YANA also composes films and visual projects. Her concerts are immersive experiences that linger in the memory. YANA is constantly experimenting, crossing boundaries between genres and forms. She is an artist who follows her path, guided by sound.
