The duo consists of Matylda Damięcka, a visual artist, singer, and performer, and Radek Łukasiewicz, known from the bands Pustki and Bisz/Radex, as well as his collaborations with Brodka, Artur Rojek, and Piotr Zioła. Together, they explore themes of emotion, everyday life, and the human condition in the modern world. After collaborating on the album Polskie Znaki (Polish Signs, 2022), which explored themes of death and transience, they continue their artistic dialogue with a new album, previewed by the track “Matka” (Mother). Their work is characterized by intimacy and form – unobvious, visual, and musical. This is a duo that is not afraid to confront reality and ask questions about the role of women and men in a society full of pressure and expectations. They create ordinary stories in an extraordinary form.
